How long will the windows stay clean?

It depends on many environmental factors such as the weather and how exposed your property is to the wind 💨. Your proximity to trees or a road also has an effect. Windows become dirty quickly if a storm passes through. If there is a patch of pleasant weather ☀️ the windows will remain cleaner for longer.

Do you clean windows in the rain?

Yes! Good job it doesn't rain a lot in Cornwall. 😉 Because we use Pure Water technology without soaps or sticky detergents, rainwater does not affect the quality of the finish. In fact, rainwater is naturally soft and helps the rinsing process.

Why do you leave the windows wet? Won't they dry with spots?

We use twice filtered 100% De-ionised Pure Water, which removes all natural minerals, chalk, and limescale. Because the water is perfectly pure, it evaporates naturally without leaving the white spots that tap water would leave. Please allow them to air dry for a crystal-clear result!

Do you clean the window sills and frames?

Absolutely. We believe a window isn't clean unless the whole unit is clean. Our price includes scrubbing and rinsing the glass, UPVC frames, and sills every time. This prevents dirt from the frames running down onto the glass later.

Do I need to be home when you clean?

Accepted Answer

No, most of our customers are out when we visit. As long as we have access to the rear of your property (via a side gate or path), we can clean all windows. We will send you a text reminder the night before so you remember to unlock your gate.

How often should I have my windows cleaned in St Austell
